Our commitment
Truly Payments, Inc. is committed to making trulypayments.com accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.
What we've done
- Text and background colors meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
- Every image has a text alternative, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- The whole site can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link.
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and labeled form fields.
- The background video and logo animation each play once for under five seconds and then stop, and they are turned off entirely when your device's "reduce motion" setting is on.
- Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or function.
